Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only for defective or damaged items. Because each product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns due to buyer's remorse or sizing issues.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • Description of the issue

We'll replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll send you the correct product at no additional charge.

Processing Time

Please allow 2-7 business days for production before shipping, as all items are made-to-order.
